Footer
What you can customize in the site footer — and the legal strip you can't.
The footer is a global block ("Global Footer"), edited by clicking it in the canvas — not a Custom Code token. It's three stacked tiers, all sharing one background color so the seams are invisible.
1. Your footer (fully customizable)
The top area is yours. In the footer block's settings you control:
- Logo (light / dark override) and height, tagline
- Link columns — title + links; leave them empty and we auto-build an "Explore" column from your published pages
- Contact — email, phone, address (synced from your brand profile, overridable)
- Social links — up to 7 platforms
- Copyright text, and an optional license info line
- Background color — a brand role (the whole footer uses it)
2. Compliance region (values yours, structure fixed)
Below your content sits a required real-estate disclosure block. You can edit the values (the Fair Housing and Standardized Operating Procedures link URLs default to the NYS DOS pages; the licensed-broker line builds from your org name / address / license) — but the links themselves always render. An optional MLS/IDX disclaimer sits here too.
3. Platform legal strip (fixed)
The bottom line — "Powered by Tortus" + Platform Terms / Privacy — is managed by Tortus and can't be edited or removed.
Styling: the footer isn't hand-authored HTML/CSS like the Custom header — you configure it through its fields and its background-color role. Because all three tiers share one background, the compliance floor blends seamlessly into your design.
